One of the common infections on our computer system these days is by the rogue application program Win HDD. Win HDD like a computer optimization and analysis program. This is done so as to make it appear that there is more corruption in the hard drive and forcing the user to buy the full version of the application. Thus basically what Win HDD does is scaring a user and making him buy the full version of the program.

Also as Win HDD blocks some programs of our system, so if any attempt is made by you to launch those programs it will state that either the program or the hard drive is corrupted. This is done so as to block any antivirus programs you might want to run. It also makes your computer system unstable and thus further tempting you to purchase the full version of the rogue application.

Windows cannot find notepad. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

It should be noted that if you attempt to run a program enough times it will eventually work. When you perform the scan or use the fake defragmenter it will state that there are numerous problems on your computer, but that you first need to purchase it before it can fix any of them. A critical error has occurred while indexing data stored on hard drive. System restart required.

System Restore
The system has been restored after a critical error. Data integrity and hard drive integrity verification required.

All the warnings shown by Win HDD are fake and unreal and a user of this system should not get scared into buying the full version of the program.

Fixing of the damages caused by Win HDD is a difficult and daunting task. To delete all the traces of this application completely and to revive your PC from Win HDD infection is a tiresome task.
